Kindergarten Campaign 2024-25

Imagine a tea break that teaches children the true value of their eyesight. Orbis • Mentholatum Kindergarten Campaign 2024-25 – "DifficulTea" brings children to experience an unseen tea session, guided by captivating stories and eyecare dances. Through fun and sensory experiences, they will get to learn about eye health in the most delightful way.

To take these lessons home, Orbis is providing all participants with a special learning kit, that includes a pair of blurry glasses, a braille card, and a story sheet about visual impairments.

In the new school year, Orbis is preparing various themed seminars that utilize engaging stories and interactions linked to children's daily lives to help students develop a deeper understanding of eye care habits.

If your school is interested in joining the “DifficulTea” eyecare workshop, Orbis is willing to provide the following services and materials:

The campaign is now open for registration. Workflow as below:

Enrollment: Please fill out the attached form or enroll online at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Confirmation: Orbis staff will make a phone call within two weeks after the enrollment to explain the logistics and confirm the details.

Distribution: Orbis will send the blurry glasses, braille cards, and story sheets according to the number of participants, and provide the teachers with campaign guidelines.

Promotion: Please distribute the story sheets to parents and promote the activity through an electronic parent letter to encourage donations.

Donation: Orbis will set up a dedicated fundraising website for your school to collect parent donations, saving administrative time. Teachers can still gather cheque donations and mail them to Orbis.

Gifts: Orbis will distribute the exquisite Mr. Men Little Miss stickers as well as the Eyecare Coloring Diary according to the number of donors.

Event: Schools can arrange the "DifficulTEA" activity date on their own. The Orbis school team will be happy to visit the campus after the activity (on a separate date) to guide the students in reflection and also conduct an eye care seminar.
