If I/we have yet to confirm my/our sponsor list(s), can I/we submit the list after applications(s)?
Yes, your sponsor list(s) can be submitted after application and payment of your minimum sponsorship amount(s).
How do I/we go about submitting additional donations?
- By mail or fax – Simply use the enrollment form and tick the box marked “I have already registered and paid my minimum sponsorship, and now wish to submit additional donations/sponsorship worth HK$______”. Then kindly add your “Participant/ Leader name” and “mobile no.” to its rear, complete your revised sponsor list, and return the form to us.
- Online – Simply log in to the Moonwalkers fundraising page and add your additional donation(s). Please note the page will close on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. When making an additional donation, please download and fill in and return an enrollment form to us.
How can I/we submit an additional sponsor list?
- By mail or fax – Please use the rear of your enrollment form to fill in your Participant/ Team Leader’s name and mobile number and sponsor list, and return to Orbis for further arrangement.
- Online – Simply log in to the Moonwalkers fundraising page and revise your sponsor donation accordingly. Please note, the page will close on Wednesday. November 21, 2018. When making an additional donation, please download and fill in and return an enrollment form to us.
Can I submit additional donation/ sponsor lists at the event?
To minimize safety and time concerns, we regret we will not be able to process such requests at the event.
If team members would like to make their own online donation and prefer receiving their/their sponsors’ donation receipts in person, what should they do?
Simply log in to the list on the Moonwalkers fundraising page, click the “Personal profile /Team member information” and “Personal information” buttons and enter the relevant email address(es).
How should I/we invite potential sponsors to donate?
Simply forward our handy “Sponsorship Invitation Email Template”. Potential sponsors can click the hyperlink inside and donate online via their credit card. Moonwalkers 2018 participants can also log in to the Moonwalkers fundraising page and further boost their or their team’s sponsorship amount by using our easy email and social sharing button.
What should I do if sponsors can’t donate online via his/her credit card?
We suggest you try to make a credit card donation on behalf of the sponsor concerned. To do so, simply enter your sponsor name(s) at the Moonwalkers fundraising page when you make online donation or submit their details afterwards. We will then send your sponsor’s donation receipt via email to pass along.
How will sponsors’ donation receipts be distributed?
Donation receipts will be emailed to sponsors in batches on or before March 31, 2019. Where sponsors/team members have NOT provided email addresses, receipt(s) will be emailed to participants / team leaders for distribution. We politely urge participants (individuals/team leaders /members) to copy their sponsor list for later distribution.
