PRIMARY EYE HEALTH ACTIVITY: “EYES LOVE READING” AWARD SCHEME

“EYES Love Reading” Award Scheme strives to enhance youngsters’ eagerness to protect children's sights. Participating students have sign an eye care pledge with our Orbis Bear mascot, promise to protect their eyes wisely and read physical books in daily lives.

ANY amount of donation is equally important to benefit the visually impaired around the world. To appreciate your compassion, an eye care pack (including an eye care brochure, eye chart and exquisite bookmark) would be entitled to all donated students.

Enrollment Period: From now until 31 December 2021

Reward: Eye care pack (including an eye care brochure, eye chart and exquisite bookmark)

Materials Orbis provide: Parent notice template, donation collection procedure & tax-deductible receipt issuing

Steps to Participate

1. Enroll online or complete the enrollment form and return to Orbis one month before the activity. Schools can flexibly schedule “EYES Love Reading” activity at own calendar
2. The students give ANY amount of donation would be entitled for an eyecare pack (including an eyecare brochure, eye chart and exquisite bookmark). Please inform Orbis the requested quantities for pack delivery
3. Collect students’ book reports and distribute Orbis’s reward pack to students
4. Deliver all donations and email the receipt list to Orbis within a month after the campaign. (applicable for donation at HK$100 or above), tax deductible receipts will be sent to school within 3 months

• Direct deposit to HSBC (a/c: 600-656565-001) or Hang Seng Bank (a/c: 258-206333-001).

• Online fundraising page (Orbis can help creating a unique donation page, parents can donate via credit card and transaction can be recorded)
