How do I/we apply offline?

Please complete and return your enrollment form and cheque to Orbis Hong Kong - GPO Box 71, Hong Kong by Wednesday October 24, 2018 before 5:00p.m. If donating via credit card, please fax your completed form to 2858 8888 or 2505 5179 by the same deadline. (Please DO NOT apply online if you have already mailed us a form). Please note your minimum sponsorship amount must be paid when your form is submitted.

If I mail my application, will its date of stamp chop count as proof of submission?

For applications by mail, the date of the stamp chop will not be used as the submission date. While applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to the earliest date a bank clears an applicant’s cheque or credit card payment.

Can I/we delay my/our payment (s)until after submitting my/our enrollment form(s)?

No. Applications can only be processed once you have paid your minimum sponsorship amount.

How can I know my registration is confirmed?

We will send you an email confirmation upon the enrollment is received. And the registration is confirmed and the seat is secured only if the payment (by either cheque or credit card) is successfully settled within 14 working days.
