Primary School Campaign 2024-25

Preparing interesting and meaningful extracurricular activities for students? Teachers can use a lunch break to let students eat in the dark, conveying the difficulties of being unable to see. Orbis campus team is ready to hold an eye care seminar to educate students about common eye diseases and raise awareness of the risks of developing myopia.

A Ground Breaking Blindfold Experience

Hong Kong has the highest myopia rate among schoolchildren globally. To promote eye health, the new Orbis • Mentholatum Primary School Campaign "Blindfold Lunch" 2024-25 offers a unique dark experience. Orbis will provide "Blindfold Lunch" materials to participating schools. Students will wear eye masks during lunch to understand the importance of healthy vision. Orbis ambassadors will host an eye care seminar and visual games, encouraging students to share their experiences and fostering empathy and helpfulness.

Students Who Donate $50 or More

to support Orbis' global blindness prevention work will receive cute stickers (to decorate the blindfold mask), Braille feedback cards, and tactile coloring pages.
