Communications Executive

Reporting to Communications Manager, the incumbent develops and implements approved PR projects with the aim to promote Orbis’s activities based on Orbis’s development objectives and communications plan. He or she should maintain an excellent information system for the Orbis development team and increase the presence of Orbis in the online world..


  • Plan, devise and administer HK website, social media sites, intranet, e-newsletter and online display campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative posts, landing pages and promotional emails that optimize user experience
  • Measure campaigns performance, provide regular data insights and analytical report
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain Orbis information center. Provide up-to-date photos, patient stories, global statistics and creative artwork files for internal team
  • Manage the assigned Orbis campaigns and events and act as project leader
  • Assist Director, Communications and Communications Manager to devise and execute online promotion strategies
  • Provide ad hoc and coordinated support when required


  • University degree majoring in media communications, digital communications, PR journalism or other related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of working experience in online journalism, digital creative house, PR marketing, communications is highly preferred
  • Expert in content writing, visual and video story telling, capable to convert Orbis messages into attractive and creative digital formats
  • Excellent in writing skills with strong visual and aesthetic senses
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge on ad serving tools (e.g. Facebook Ads manager, LinkedIn's campaign manager, etc) preferred
  • Knowledge on web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) preferred
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
