Hong Kong - Employment - Development Manager, Corporate (Ref.: HKDMO-ORG-O1021)

Responsible for the development and implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies for Orbis Hong Kong within the Corporate segments. Ongoing identification, cultivation, renewal and expansion of Orbis key corporate partners to raise revenue and awareness include Corporations, Foundations, Associations and Religious Groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the development and management of corporate partnership program, securing and sustaining corporate giving including all activities related to the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of corporate partners and other assigned segments
  2. Conduct research into new and potential corporate partnerships
  3. Design and implement corporate engagement programs and events for corporate donors
  4. Develop written proposals and presentation materials and collaterals to targeted corporate partners
  5. Give presentations to organizations
  6. Cultivate partnership opportunities and work with corporate partners on fundraising initiatives
  7. Support other assigned fundraising campaigns when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • University graduate in business administration, marketing, communications or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years work experience in business development, corporate sales in global organization, healthcare or NGO preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented with good sense of market trends and challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High proficiency in English and Chines writing skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
