Hong Kong - Employment - Senior Digital Specialist

Supports and executes digital fundraising and promotion to Orbis supporters and the public in Hong Kong and Macau. In addition, to conduct performance analysis of digital campaigns and support for strategy formulation to explore fundraising opportunities and sustain digital revenue growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns via digital and mobile channels
  • Implement the strategic content roadmap through visual design, copyrighting, target segmentation, performance monitoring and content A/B testing, etc. to ensure conversion performance and ROI optimization
  • Analyze results with supporting data from backend to evaluate performance, provide analytical insights and optimize content strategy
  • Coordinate with internal and external marketing partners to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and provide an error-free transaction environment
  • Review Google Analytics and Tag Manager, etc. to track existing and potential supporters’ journey and behavior on various platforms, share actionable insights to drive better performance
  • Stay up to date on social media, search engine marketing tacticsand campaign best practices. Share information to the teams and appropriately apply the knowledge to suitable campaigns.
  • Prepare required documentation for procurement and payment to smoothen the operation of the organization
  • Support other fundraising offices and activities as requested

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • University graduate with at least 3 - 4 years’ solid work experience in digital performance marketing / eCommerce
  • Proficient in managing different digital advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Yahoo! Advertising, and other content management system

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Hands-on operational experience and technical knowledge in managing digital advertising, analytics and email marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and marketing sense to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strategic thinking and effective presentation skills
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in image and video editing / graphic design tool such as Canva & Photoshop is a plus
  • Embrace a can-do attitude to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Passionate and committed to work for NGO
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Specialist
