Macau - Employment - Operations Coordinator

The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Macau Office. S/he is expected to work closely with the Team Members of the Macau Office and related supporting departments in Orbis Hong Kong and partners to support and maintain the administrative and operational activities of Orbis Macau.


  1. Support and provide assistance to the daily operations of Orbis Macau
  2. Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports
  3. Support and reinforce clear operational and / or procedural records with banks and other related organizations / partners / departments, and donors to ensure donation and other business transactions are handled correctly and in a timely manner
  4. Assist in monitoring the validity of signed contracts and agreements with external parties
  5. Manage and support in the maintenance of Office resources, technology and supplies
  6. Maintain media database and assist in the timely release of information to the public
  7. Facilitate the President of the Executive Committee of Orbis Macau to coordinate communications related to the Council and Committees, as well as other legal matters as needed
  8. Collaborate with and provide support to the Team with various campaigns and projects
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested


  • University graduate with 3-5 years of experience in administration and/or office operations role, with finance background a plus;
  • Proven experience in organizing events will be an advantage

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
