Support World Sight Day Today. Help End Avoidable Blindness Today

Stop the needless anguish afflicting the visually impaired in poorer regions of developing countries with just a simple donation. Suffers won’t only receive quality eye care services, they’ll benefit from the chance of a brighter future.

Some Blindness Can Be Cut

Visually impaired people around the world use white canes to navigate their way around busy city streets or badly-paved and uneven urban roads. In poorer developing countries, walking around is so unsafe that blind people can easily injure themselves. Easily affordable basic eye surgery and medical care are all that is needed to free sufferers from such unnecessary risks! As October 12 (Thursday) marks this year's World Sight Day, Orbis is taking the opportunity to not only raise awareness for the visually impaired, but also encourage public to donate to our battle against avoidable blindness!

Living a Brighter Future

An African boy named David, with cataract since young, relied on white cane to guide his life. Orbis had performed a simple eye surgery, and it has enabled his visual and allow him to abandon his white cane. Please support Orbis World Sight Day to help many more patients like David!
