The Hong Kong Society for the Blind

The Hong Kong Society for the Blind (HKSB) was established in 1956. Over the years, HKSB have developed a wide range of services covering eye care and low vision services, rehabilitation and vocational training, educational support, employment guidance, adaptive technology advisory service, information and communication technology applications to improve information access for the visually impaired, rehabilitation service for persons with multiple disabilities and visual impairment (MDVI), and residential care for the aged blind.

Saint Barnabas’ Society & Home

Saint Barnabas' Society and Home is a Christian organization founded in 1987. The organisation provides a wide range of services to support the poor and homeless. Those in need can receive a hot meal, material aid, spiritual support and counselling assistance. The organisation also organize a variety of activities and outreach visits with volunteers weekly. Kids' Learning Club is a new branch of Saint Barnabas' Society and Home. It is a centre for nurturing underprivileged children, focusing on the development of life skills and realizing the personal potential that will create an impact on Hong Kong in the long run.

Hong Chi Association

Founded in 1965, Hong Chi Association has grown to become one of the most well-established non-profit organizations dedicated solely to serving about 9,000 people of all ages and all grades of intellectual disabilities in Hong Kong. It operates 100 service units, including pre-school services, 14 special schools and 11 social enterprise projects to provide comprehensive services. The Association firmly believes that people with intellectual disabilities can shine and become contributing members of society when given appropriate training and opportunities.
