Winners have to redeem prizes at Orbis Hong Kong office (Unit C, 5/F, Infotech Centre, 21 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon) during office hours (9:30am – 5:30pm). All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. All uncollected prizes will be forfeited after May 13, 2020.
